We will walk your apartment several times before your move-in day to ensure all appliances, outlets and hardware are functioning properly and to make sure your new home is clean.
You do not have to be present for a service request, but if you choose to, please let us know so that we can schedule a time during business hours.
We have maintenance available Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
For maintenance repairs or services you can reach out 3 ways: by calling us at the leasing office, emailing us at [email protected] or by entering your request on the resident portal.
During business hours we can help you, provided you have proper identification. After hours, you will have to contact a local locksmith and pay them the necessary fees for service. You will also have to provide them with proof of identification that indicates the apartment as your residence.
Yes. Parking is available as first come first serve, with plenty of parking spaces.
We offer resort-style pool with poolside cabanas, 24/7 clubhouse lounge with free wifi, conference room, game room, outdoor grills and fire pits, poolside hammocks, shaded pavilions, 24-hour fitness room with yoga spinning room and fitness on demand. Bicycle racks throughout property with a bike storage room and a outdoor pet wash pavilion.

Yes, we love our furry friends here. We do have breed/species restrictions, so please contact the leasing for more information.

We do not offer furnished apartments but can refer you to companies that offer this service.
Usually within 24 hours, however may take longer if you've lived in multiple states.
We accept rent online through your resident portal by electronic check or credit/debit card (which have fees). You can also pay by money order or cashier's check.
Yes. You are required to have $100,000 of liability coverage.
You can get out of your lease by paying the liquidated damages or a termination fee which is decided by you, when you sign your lease.
Contact Duke Energy at 407.629.1010 for electric services and your water will be billed directly to you through Conservice.
Yes. There is a Lynx bus route located on SR 434 nearby and  the Sunrail is within walking distance.

From downtown Orlando, take I4 East to Longwood exit 94 and make a right on SR 434 upon reaching Winn Dixie plaza, make a left and make a slight right onto W Warren Ave and property is on the left side. Â Or go up further to Milwee Street and make a left and then a left on W Warren Ave and property will be on the right side.
